Product Description

Inductive coupling: Good coupling are need between transmitter coil and receiver coil. Current in transmitter generates alternating magnetic field, which causes alternating voltage in receiver coil, thus the power can be transmitted.The characteristics of the transmitter and receiver coils are crucial to achieve low power transmission losses. The proper selection and positioning of the transmission and receiver coils has a major influence on the efficiency of the energy transmission.

Material of ferrite sheet

  • Material compliance with Qi standard
  • Thickness 0.3-2.5mm.

Material of winding wire

  • Several Standard Multi-wire 0.3mm*2P 0.3mm*3p.

We can review the supplied component requirements for manufacturability before quotation and sampling.

JHCOILS publicly lists receiver coil products with Qi / WPC-related references. For custom projects, Qi / WPC requirements must be confirmed in the individual project specification. This does not imply blanket Qi certification or universal WPC compliance.

JHCOILS provide custom wireless receiver coil, the smallest rx charging coil that we once made is 8mm, but we can make more small than 8mm according to customer requirement.
