Where are you located, and do you ship internationally to the USA, Europe, etc.?

Our main manufacturing facility is located in China, which allows us to provide competitive pricing and large-scale production. However, our business is global. We have extensive experience with international logistics and regularly ship to our clients in North America (USA, Canada), Europe (Germany, UK, France), and across Asia. We handle all the complexities to ensure a smooth delivery to your door.

What is your process for a custom order?

It’s a collaborative process. 1) You send us your specs (or problem). 2) Our engineers review and propose a design, often providing a technical drawing for approval. 3) We produce and send prototypes for your evaluation. 4) Once approved, we move to mass production with rigorous quality control at every stage.
